FAQ's

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: YES! We can ship to most countries, there are some countries however that don't allow cosmetics as an import. Please contact us to check. Also please be aware that it may take 2 to 3 weeks for international parcels to reach their destination.


Q: How much does it cost to ship internationally?
A: International shipping is charged at a flat rate fee of $10AUD per parcel no matter how many items you buy! Please see our 'Shipping Information' page for more details.


Q: Do you offer Express Post?
A: YES! Only within Australia. Express Post is charged at $9 no matter how many items you purchase!


Q: When will my parcel be sent?
A: Domestic parcels are sent within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment. Usually parcels paid for by 2pm are sent the same day. International parcels are sent on Mondays and Thursdays.


Q: Do you accept returns?
A: If the item has been opened and tested, for hygiene reasons we can not and will not accept returns. If the item is faulty we will accept returns and will offer a refund or replacement. If there is a problem with your order please contact us asap so we can try and resolve it.


Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: For Australian customers we accept: Bank Deposit, PayPal, Money Orders, and Cheques. For international customers the only method of Payment we can accept at this point in time is PayPal.
