Returns & Refund Policy

Due to hygiene reasons, no items can be returned if they have been used or tested. All items must be returned in thier original unused sellable condition.
Returns and / or refunds can only be given on items which are found to be faulty or the wrong item has been received.
Please message us through admin@beautyunlimited.com.au for further instructions on a return/refund. Please be aware that a photo of the item may be necessary. Contact must be made within 3 business days of you receiving the product(s).
An exchange will always be offered first but if this is impossible at the time due to stock levels then a full refund will be given.
If you are contacting us regarding a refund please keep the original packaging that the item was sent in.
We hope that you won't need to ever return an item! But things do happen and we will try our best to sort everything out as efficiently as possible.
